It is said that a stay had been obtained in Chennai for reverification of Membership up to 18th June 2008. The details are awaited from the department. As soon as received, the same will be displayed in the website and a detailed circular would be sent to all Circle Secretaries.
In the meantime all Branch/Divisional Secretaries are advised not to handover authrisation letters (declaration forms) to the DDO's (Postmasters) on the 10th June 2008. The revised date on which the forms are to be handed over to the DDO's will be intimated through this website and as well as to all Circle Secretaries by a detailed circular.
