It has come to the notice of the CHQ that officials who have signed authorizations forms to two Unions are now submitting letters to the DDOs concerned opting for one Union now. This is irregular and the DDO should treat these authorization forms as invalid.
The officials can represent to the DDO only in case if their signatures are forged by others.
The Branch/Divisional Secretaries will please keep a watch over this aspect and if any malafide action taken in their jurisdiction, they will please report immediately to the Circle Secretary concerned and copy to the CHQ.
