The Govt. had issued revised dearness allowance to the pensioners/family pensioners on 27..3.2009 vide No. 42/12/2009-P&PW(G) Ministry of Personeel, Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare raising it to 22% from 1.1.2009. The amount will be paid in cash on or after 1.4.2009. Orders will be published in the Postal Sentinel April 2009 issue or download in persmin.nic.in/pensions.
