GDS Committee Recommendations and implementation

Enquiries made today reveal that the Cabinet Note prepared will be sent to HOn.ble MOC either on Monday (3.8.09) or Tuesday (4.8.09). After the approval of the MOC, the file will again go to Ministry of Finance and Dept.of Personnel for approval and then will be placed before the Cabinet. We are quite disappointed.

From our past expereince, we feel that it may take at least 20 days for release of the orders
