Introduction of Freighter Aircraft of India Post

The India Post vide its letter No. 8-13/2009-D dated 14.5.09 and 22.7.09 states that after successful induction of first freighter aircraft of India Post in August 2007 for the North East Region, decided to induct two more freighter aircrafts for conveyance of mail in a Hub and Spoke pattern with effect from 27.7.2009. The three freighter aircraft would operate on a daily basis (except Monday, i.e Sunday night) as per the following schedule: AirCraft 1: Mumbai Nagpur Mumbai Departure Arrival Departure Arrival 2330 hours 0045 hours 0200 hours 0315 hours Air Craft 2: Bangalore Chennai Nagpur Chennai Bangalore Dep. Dep Arr. 2050 hrs 2250 2335 hrs. hrs. 0100 0215 hrs hrs. 0340 0425 hrs hrs. 0625 hrs.
