Flash News ! GDS Committee Recommendations and implementation

2 NAPE Group-C September 16, 2009

It is learnt that the Election Commission has given consent to implement the recommendations and the file is sent now to the Cabinet Secretariat for tomorrow's Cabinet Meeting for approval. We hope that the Cabinet may approve tomorrow.

At last,there seems some light at the end of the tunnel.Let not the Dept.drag its feet further after the approval of the Cabinet.After all we know how lethargic the Dept.is when it comes to the welfare of the staff.They take their own time and seek clarifications on all and sundry before issuing the orders.

Let good sense prevail on the Dept.

Will the Dept.issue orders on the MACP without any ambiguity? There are circles which seek clarifications over clarifications before implementing the orders.And by the time they start implementing more and more staff would have retired without the benefits.
