The Department of Posts vide its letter No. 26-14/2009-PAP dated 11.9.09 issued orders 60 days bonus to all the Group C, Group D and Non Gazetted Group B employees. The bonus will be calculated on the basis of the following formula.
Average emoluments X No. of days of bonus
------------------------------------
30.4 (Average no. of days)
The emoluments is restricted to Rs.3,500/-.
For GDS Employees
Average TRCA X No. of days of bonus
--------------------------------------
30.4 (Average no. of days in a month)
The TRCA is restricted to Rs.2500/-.
