The Third UNI-APRO Post & Logistic sector Conference was held at Hanoi, Vietnam from 12th to13th December 2009. 53 representatives from 16 Asian Pacific countries participated in the Conference. The Conference discussed the problems faced by Postal Services, Postal financial services and the impact of Privatization and deregulation and the threats for Postal workers. The Confernce adopted resolution for organizing Global Framework Agreement and the Global crisis and Europeans Postal Industry and Australia Post.
The General Secretary, NAPE Group C participated in the conference. He submitted report on IndiaPost on the threats of Privatization and deregulation.
