On receipt of complaints from some Divisions in Tamil Nadu Circle, myself and Shri.P.S. Babu met the concerned officer in the Directorate and told about the non issuance of orders in regard to the above two items. He told that he will check up again and if the orders were not issued yet, he will issue the same shortly.
