For the attention of all Circle Secretaries NAPE-Group C

It is reported that Indian Postal SBCO Staff Association (FNPO) had merged with All India Postal SBCO Employees Association and seeking affiliation with NFPE.

In my circular dated 19-02-2010 I requested all the Circle Secretaries to help to secure applications from SBCO staff who are willing to join FNPO and hand it over to Sri.S.P.Kulkarni.

In view of the prevailing situation, I withdraw the request made to all Circle Secretaries in point No. 6 of my circular dated 19.2.2010.

The Federal Secretariat of FNPO will meet on 2.03.2010 at New Delhi and take further decision.
