Some leaders explain the anomaly in the pay of postal assistants as follows----"There is no anomaly.You are mistaken.The 5th cpc upgraded the scale of postal assistants.Now,the 6th cpc upgraded the scale of postman.That is all."
But friends,please note that the the implementation of the 5th cpc recommendations upgraded the scale of postman also along with the upgradation of postal asst.Now,inth 6th cpc,the postmen are getting another upgradation and the postal assistants stand where they were.See,how some leaders are tactically hiding this fact and trying to mislead and satisfy the postal assistants.
