The writ petition filed by the BPEF has been listed for hearing today and did not reach for arguments
It may come for hearing tomorrow. The stay originally granted for two weeks has not been extended.
The verification process will continue which is not a subject matter of the writ.The Divisional Secretaries are requested to be alert and submit the declarations on or before 26th April.
The NAPE Group C represented by the General Secretary is a party and we are arguing our case .Hence there should not be any confusion. The CHQ will provide the latest position.

Earlier the BCR postman was paid with equal to New recruited PA basic. But in 6th CPC the BCR Postman is granted for 2800 grade where as PA is granted with 2400 grade. Why this veriation is? Kindly explain.
If my comment is correct, is there any steps to take up through union.
