The Writ petition filed by the Bharatiya union in Madras High court to stop the trade union facilities of NAPE,Group C,AIPEU,Class III and IRM&ASRM Association dismissed today.
The case came for hearing today.After hearing the arguments of Advocates of opposite parties and the Department the writ petition was disposed off. the interim injunction order stopping the trade union facilities for the interim period also canceled. The trade Union facilities stands restored.
The Honorable High Court also ordered to complete the process of re verification within a period of three months. THERE IS NO STAY ON VERIFICATION.
THIS IS A SLAP ON THE FORCES STOPPING THE PROCESS OF VERIFICATION FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS BY HOOK OR CROOK AND MAKING THE ENTIRE POSTAL EMPLOYEES HUMILIATED BY NOT HAVING THE REGULAR FORA OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING MACHINERY.
It is up to these forces to be realistic and participate in the process of verification and prove thier percentage without obstructing the verification process by unethical pleadings.
The NAPE Group C calls upon the Branch and divisional Secretaries to actively conclude the process of verification and strengthen the organization

" Before 6th CPC BCR postman was paid with 4000 basic with equal to New appointed PA. In 6th CPC BCR postman was granted with 2800/- grade pay where as PA is getting Rs.2400/- grade pay, why this veriation?"
Is the Newly recuited PA is equal to Postman cadre? If so, Why Postal Assistnant posts are filled up by the Indermediate passed candidates with screening test.
