THE CHQ HAS TAKEN UP THE FOLLOWING AND THE PROGRESS IS AS INDICATED BELOW
1.The General secretary met the concerned officers and represented for further extension of promotions in HSGI to the officials who wee promoted to the cadre as a one time measure and further extensions were permitted by the DOPT. the file now submitted to the DOPT.Some of the officials in Tamilnadu were revered.The CHQ took up the cases.The permission from DOPT is expected shortly.
2.In circles like Bihar the allowances being drawn to the treasurers etc were stopped after the incumbents got MACP I,irregularly without any clarification from Directorate
The CHQ already taken up the restoration of allowances which were withdrawn consequent on promotion to TBOP/BCR as per the recommendations of V CPC as MACPS did not effect the individuals position.The Circle/Branch Secretaries are requested to take up such cases if any with the CHQ
3. The CHQ has written to the Department to issue fresh guidelines for rotational transfers in the background of MACP. The Department is not inclined to issue any guidelines and the guide lines of 2002 will continue.
