The General Secretary discussed the following issues with the concerned officers of the Department and the latest position is:
- .Consequent on dismissal of Bharatiya case in Chennai High Court as posted in our Website orders are under issue ,restoring all the trade union facilities to AIPEU,Class III and NAPE GROUP C, including deputation of General secretaries on Foreign service and orders expected today
- .The NAPE Group C requested for issue of fresh Guidelines on rotation transfers last month. The file is being processed and orders will be issued shortly.
- The General Secretary requested for extension of promotion to the HSG I officials who were promoted as one time measure and continued for further period ,pending issue of new recruitment rules. The file is under submission and extension will be granted in due course.

Due to this sudden reversion, as a chain of dislocations, many LSG Officials who joined in HSG-II adhoc posts very recently have also been reverted to LSG cadre but not posted to their original posts.
In TN Circle already the matter of HSG-II promotion is being dragged for the third year successfully when there are sufficient candidates and vacancies available. Our Circle is standing ahead in many areas like Business Development, Computerisation, Project Arrow etc. but badly lagging back in staff matters. This is demoralising the staff who worked selflessly for the Department all the years.
Sir, kindly take it up effectively and resolve so that atleast in future unnecessary dislocations and mental torture to staff can be averted.
