The entire nation watched on television how the FNPO leaders came out of the Minister's chamber in the 14 days strike in 2000 and said that they are withdrawing the strike.
Atleast the today SG of FNPO MR.Theagarajan who the then Circle Secretary in R3 had the courtesy to continue the strike along with NFPE in his own circle despite the strike being withdrawn by their All India leaders on the 13th day in the year 2000.
Hence dont fool the employees. Atleast now the employees are very angry if you fail to meet the charter of demands. Hence be loyal to your commitment. First as a General Secretary please stay in Delhi on Foreign service and carry on your union work. Dont go to your home town and work in your office and then doing the union work as a part time job. First you be sincere
