Congratultions Mr. Rao for securing recognition with 3% more membership than the last verification. I am also told that Maharastra Circle is No.1 in membership enrolment and A.P and U.P are in second and third position. Please convey my congratulations to Sarvashri.B.S.Kashid, K.Manohar Rao and R.S.Yadav, respective Circle Secretaries and the Branch Secrearies of those Circles.
