THE FORMAL MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON CADRE RESTRUCTURING WAS HELD ON 27-12-2010 WITH DDG(ESTT).FROM FNPO S/S D.KISHAN RAO,GENERAL SECRETARY,T..N.RAHATE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ATTENDED AND SRI D.THEAGARAJAN,SG PNPO APRTICIPATED AS OBSERVER.NFPE WAS REPRESENTED BY SRI K.VSRIDHARN GENERAL SECRETARY,AIPEU GROUP C. A BROADER UNDERSTANGING WAS REACHED ON THE STRUCTURE OF POSTS TO BE UPGRADED AND PERCENTAGE OF PROMOTIONS IN EACH CADRE.THE FINAL DECISIONS WII BE TAKEN IN THE MEETING SCHEDULED TO BE HELD ON 22-01-2011

Happy to note that there is an amicable understanding in the cadre restructuring proposals. Kindly enlighten us about the proposals and also enlighten us as to what had happened about the implementation ofPostmasters cadre

What is ur proposal for System Administrator Cadre. What will be the proposed Pay Scale and Grade Pay? What about the future of Present SAs. What is ur proposal for weightage of service (total/SA service)in the new Cadre. What will be the minimum qualification fron the years to come ? What are the promotional avenues. SAs of our Union are eagerly waiting for ur reply.
Kindly let us have a clarification in the matter at the earliest Pl.

Injustice being faced by the PO & RMS Accountants since long should be enlightened. Separate cadre should be created for them with higher grade pay and adequate promotional scope. Alternatively, they may be treated at par with SA/JA of PAOs considering their same nature of works. Members should firm on our demands.
