Almost all the System Administrators who were working as SAs for the last few years firmly believe that this is the last opportunity to highlight and get a favourable decision in the creation of seperate cadre for SAs with due higher pay scales, in recognition to their past meritorious service.
I hope our union will be in forefront for settling the issues of SAs
The comments and suggestions made by our member on Dec.23 ny anonymous is correct and should be addressed.The conditional option is absloutely against human rights.If one is not able to function in that particular post of PM cadre on any reason is deemed to be abandoned from the Deptt.How hazard condition of the Department.This Should be modified at any cost and Cadre fancy should be developed by suggesting of changes in scales or special pay or allowances.This is one of the greatest opportunities have had before us.So, our respectable leaders should present our cases effectively and come out successful for which we will be more grateful and remembered for ever and their contribution will be earmarked in their stint by the officials of respective cadres.
