We have been hearing the same thing "A separate cadre for System Administrators may not be viable". That was also said by the Pay Commission.
Only question is that What are we doing to make it vaible ?
We are ashamed of the compromises for Travelling allowances etc.
Get the SA Cadre created and appoint the SAs who had shed their blood for the Dept with sleepless nights and huge mobile bills from the begining of computerisation of the DEPT.
NOTHING MORE - NOTHING LESS
THE AGREMENT REACHED IS NOT SATISFACTORY AS THERE IS NO ACHIEVEMENT IN R/O RTP ISSUE
AND ACCOUNTANS SPECIAL PAY/ALLOWANCE FIXATION
NO CLARIFICATION ON POST OFFICE TREASURER/AND RMS CASHIER WHO ARE DOING THE SAME JOB.
