There is nothing mentioned about the constitution of a committee regarding fixation of multiplication factor and minimum basic pay. Everybody must go through the actual raise in salary of lower grade employees. This brigs tears in the eyes of lower level cadre employees of Central Govt. This must be taken into into consideration by our esteemed union leaders and appropriate action may be initiated. Fight for your rights.
