1)GDS Committee report latest information.

GDS Committee report still in our Minister's office. However it is expected the report  will be published shortly (with in10days)in our India Post website

2)DA from January 2017 will be 4% or 5% based on Consumer Price Index (Industrial Workers) from January 2016 to December 2016 – Net increase in DA with effect from January 2017 is estimated to be 2% or 3%
