There was no need to create a separate cadre for Postmasters. The LSG/HSG-11/HSG-1 Supervisors are also performing the duties of Postmasters/Sub Postmasters. Why there is two separate cadres for the officials who are performing same duties.Merge Postmaster cadre into General Line same as prior to create a separate cadre of Postmaster in the year 2010. Demand for Disciplinary and financials powers for LSG/HSG-II/HSG-1/HSG-1(NFG).Demand for provide Gazetted status for The post of HSG-1 cadre may also be projected to the Dept for the betterment of HSG-1 cadre.
