On 14.2.2022 GS NAPEc FNPO visited Directorate for inviting Secretary and DG to our Kurukshetra 24th AIC. Due to busy schedule of secretary invitation given to PS. Later met DG Sri Alok Sharma and invited. He assured that secretary will attend without fail. After that the following issues reminded for immediate action.
1. Network and Finacle frequent failure
2. Periodical meeting items delinking of Post attached quarter concept and upgrading all C class SOs into B class.
3. Officiating in PA vacancy by PM&MTS
4. One time relaxation for HSG I and HSG II file again sending to DOPT with positive recommendations.
5. Decrease in Speed post bussiness due to treating as parcel which SP article weight is more than 500 grams. Undue delay is happening due to this and big loss to customer as well as department.
DG sir positively reacted to take suitable immediate action on above issues.
On 15.2.22 greeted Sri Vinay Prakash Singh on promotion as Member (personal), Postal Services Board. The officer is having very postive attitude and assured cooperation to the unions.
Directorate is moving to suspend ordinary Mails system and it is big change going to happen. Let us waith for the proposal of the Department in this regard.
