GS NAPEc and his team visit to directorate

On 11.01.2023 Sivaji Vasireddy GS NAPE Group C, Mahesh kashyap AGS NAPE Group C CHQ and CS MP Circle ,Ajay Kumar Nayak RR Jabalpur region, Ramchandra Lodhi NAPEc MP Circle Treasurer and L D Kaushik GS Postal Pension Association met Shri Alok Sharma DG Post and greeted him .Also met Sr. DDG PAF, DDG Personal ,DDG Buildings, Director SR&Legal , Director Budget and ADG GDS. The following issues were discussed with positive results

 *1* . Regarding grace marks for one paper in LDCE AAO Exam 2022 ... Sr.DDV PAF assured to examine issue with positive view.

 *2.* declination for LSG Promotion case of Bhiar Circle.

 *3* .Rule - 3 Transfer Should be consider before going for GDS Recruitment Cycle 5 

 *4* Irregular Calculation about PA Vacancy incase of Bihar and Haryana Circle

 5. Consequently on Deferment of PSS Group B Examination, IP LDCE EXAM ALSO Should be Differed keeping in view of change in IP Vacancy.

6. Allotment of Sufficient funds for Wages , Mail OE , PO, TA , Medical,in the RE-BE ALLOTMENTS. 

Fund will be allotted to Circles in the next Week.

7. Non holding of Periocal meetings at various Levels in Rajasthan Circle Since many Years and Non Considering immunity transfer request of the Union office Bearers .

8. Keeping in view of LDCE AAO 2022 EXAMINATION Results we asked to release Surplus LDCE UP 2022 Results but the same was not considered and Vacancy will be added to the 2023 Examination.

9. We Requested to allocate Sufficient Maintenance funds far the postal staff Quarters as welfare measure and also Requested to construct departmental Building of the all offices where site is available on Priority Basis.

10. Early Disposal off CRC Recommendations which are sent by circles to the directorate.

11. Immediate finalisation of norms to determine workload of GDS officials to conduct establishment review.

12. As per the bifurcation agreement case of erstwhile AP Circle RLO STAFF should be distributed @,2:1 keeping in view of cadre management OF PA RLO and LSG RLO .

13. Limited Trade Union Facility NUGDS & NUPAOEU should be given on par with BPEF Affiliated Unions which failed to get requisite membership as per CCS RSA Rules 1993.

14. some divisions not Issued relief Order even thou they got approval Under Rule 38 in the December Cycle.. in this issue instructions are going to be issued by the Dricetrorate very Soon.

15. Non Drawal of special Increment for the Sports persons who got medal in the all India civil services meet

16. Reminded about to reexamine about the procedure of sealed cover process before announcement of results by quoting TN circle example.
