Rotational Transfers - clarification

One reader asks whether Station Tenure is applicable at the time of ordering rotational transfer orders. There is no Station Tenure for Group C officials. However, the Directorate had issued guidelines that when requests for popular stations are pending, the longest stayed official be transferred.
