The change in designation of the Sorting Postman to Postman will have adverse effect on the permanent posts sanctioned in all the POs.For example one post of stg postman was being sanctioned where there are more than 10 postmen staff in the postoffice. If the orders are implemented then the entire work load is to be redistributed and new beat list is to be prepared with addition of one more postmen( hither to stg postmen). At Trimulgherry HO there are 14 beats as on date and on implementation of the orders the beats will increase to 15 - I hope my presumption is correct.
