TODAY THE GENERAL SECRETARY ALONG WITH PRESIDENT SRI RAJAT S DAS AND B.SIVAKUMAR AGS MET MEMBER (P) AND CONCERNED DIRECTORS AND DISCUSSED ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OF HSGI AND POSTMASTER CADRES,OFFICIATING PAY TO THOSE OFFICIALS OFFICIATING IN HSGI& HAS II.THE MEMBER(P) RESPONDED POSITIVELY.AFTER CALLING OPTIONS FROM HSGI OFFICIALS FOR THE POSTMASTER GRADE III THE EFFECT ON THE POSTMASTER GRADE II OFFICIALS WERE ALSO DISCUSSED.PLEASE AWAIT FURTHER COURSE OF DECISIONS.

Sir, please arrange for adhoc promotion to officials completed 3 years of regular service in HSGII cadre, as there are so many vacancies in tamilnadu circle.

Please also discuss the issue of fixation of pay on promotion to the posts carrying higher responsibilities and duties which you have already addressed on 10/5/13.

unions just folding their feather in respect of postmaster cadre who have already opted and working in pm grade-ii and grade-i, now hsg-1 attained officials will have a loop hole to enter to postmaster grade-iii in back gate. what is the use of unions kindly explaint

Thanks for your concern regarding problems of postmaster cadre , at least you have an idea of loss sustained by grade 2 postmasters, pl follow up for a favourable solution , please see that immediate DPC is conducted for gr3 from gr3 who have completed 3 yrs(gr2+hsg2)to avoid back door entry from HSG1
